Time Garden Boutique Resort & Training Center is a living ministry unfolding in two places God has put on our hearts: Chiang Rai, Thailand and Battambang, Cambodia. It’s a sanctuary of rest for missionaries and a hands-on training ground where students learn (life skills) hospitality, gardening, culinary arts, guest care, and life skills—rooted in prayer, character, and service.

The Vision
We’re building a gentle place that blends beauty, faith, and purpose:

• a Garden of Rest for those who pour themselves out in service,

• a School of Skills for young people preparing for meaningful work,

• and a Gift to the Community, sharing encouragement—and clean water—with neighbors in need.

Chiang Rai, Thailand
On 1–3 rai, in traditional Lanna style, the site centers on a welcoming main house (courtyard, kitchen, living and dining, office, meditation room, and an upstairs master suite) and five guest houses for missionaries, families, and supporters.
Students lodge in separate boys’ and girls’ dorm wings, each room with a private bath. A light-filled café & juice bar (with indoor/outdoor seating and a pool-table room) complements a hobby & craft studio for creativity and community classes.
The Sabay Sanctuary Spa offers restorative massage with a gentle foot-washing welcome. A hidden Secret Garden and a small chapel provide quiet space for prayer. The grounds include a greenhouse for orchids, orchards and kitchen gardens, a swimming pool, fire pit, badminton court, garage & bike room (with manual and e-bikes), and our joyful elephant-fountain entrance—a koi pond with water flowing from the elephant’s trunk as a symbol of blessing.

Clean Water Ministry
A full filtration system provides safe, fresh water for the property and for the community. Guests and neighbors can refill bottles, receive 5-gallon containers, and—when needed—receive tuk-tuk deliveries to families with limited access. We want the beauty of the garden to overflow as practical love.

Battambang, Cambodia
Our sister site—envisioned as God’s Yellow House Boutique Hotel & Training Center—mirrors the Chiang Rai heart: restful guest houses, student dorms, hospitality and garden training, a chapel and gardens for worship and gathering, and a clean-water outreach serving local neighborhoods and nearby villages.

Mission in Action

• For missionaries: true rest in Christ—quiet guest houses, the spa, gardens, and chapel; fellowship meals; time with sponsors; unhurried prayer.

• For students: hands-on training (life skills) in real operations; English, business, and life skills; character formed through prayer and service.

• For the community: access to filtered water, dignifying work opportunities, and thoughtful events—tea gatherings, craft markets, music, and shared meals.
